Thermal Imager on Outlets

The photo is from the electrical panel in a condo. It was mislabeled. The dishwasher was on the breaker located at the bottom. However the original breaker label for the dishwasher was identified at the top.

Normally Breakers are design genes to operate at up to 70 degrees over ambient temperature.  This breaker was hot, but it was still within the upper limits of the breaker.
